Over the past years the regulation and customers expectations regarding the food safety have considerably evolved, we aim to be as flexible as possible to be able to respond to the new requirements of the market as they emerge. To constantly meet the expectations of its customers AZAIEZ DATTES has implemented a quality and food safety management system in accordance with the international standards ISO 90001 : 2008 and ISO 22000 : 2005 and BRC technical reference. Our policy is focused on the following objectives:

Our Quality Manual
The quality manual describes the objectives and the main provisions adopted by AZAIEZ DATTES to define its system of quality and safety in compliance with the company system organisation, the local regulation and according to the requirements of the ISO 22000, ISO 9001 & BRC.
The manual of quality is communicated to all staff in an individual basis to all staff through :

• The management journals
• Service and coordination meetings
• Training activities

The results of internal audits and certification,management reviews and quality training helps to ensure understanding of the quality policy and food safety and the proper application of procedures by all staff.
